1. Agreement and scope
These Company Terms of Service ("Company Terms") are a binding agreement between you and DAO OF KNOWING PTE. LTD. ("DAO OF KNOWING," "we," "our," or "us"). They govern your access to and use of DAO OF KNOWING's websites, applications, products, and services, including the corporate website at knowit.today (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using any Service, you agree to these Company Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. A Service may also have product-specific terms, policies, or disclosures, which form part of your agreement with DAO OF KNOWING for that Service.
2. Product-specific terms
DAO OF KNOWING may operate multiple products under its company umbrella. Each product may publish separate terms, subscription conditions, privacy notices, or other policies. Those documents supplement these Company Terms. If they conflict, the product-specific document controls only for the product and subject matter it expressly addresses; these Company Terms continue to apply otherwise.
Product-specific documents are made available in the relevant product experience or communication channel when they apply.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Company Terms and any applicable product-specific terms. You must not:
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Use automated means to extract content in a manner that burdens the Services or violates applicable law
- Misrepresent your affiliation with DAO OF KNOWING or use the Services for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity
4. Company content and intellectual property
The Services and their text, design, graphics, branding, software, and other content are owned by DAO OF KNOWING or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. DAO OF KNOWING grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Services for the permitted purposes above.
Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from Service content without our prior written permission.
5. Informational content and third-party links
Unless product-specific terms expressly state otherwise, content provided through the Services is for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice. The Services may link to third-party sites or services. DAO OF KNOWING does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAO OF KNOWING disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAO OF KNOWING is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Company Terms excludes or limits a liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the Services and these Company Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, subject to applicable product-specific terms and non-excludable rights.
8. Governing law
These Company Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Company Terms or the Services.
9. General provisions
Entire agreement
These Company Terms, the Corporate Privacy Policy, and any applicable product-specific documents form the entire agreement concerning the Services. Product-specific documents supplement these Company Terms and control only as described in Section 2.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
